Cheesecake (Graham Crust)

CAP Sweet Strawberry: This is the main strawberry note in Boosted. At first, I thought it was maybe a combination of strawberries, like the usual TFA Straw and Straw Ripe combo, or some variation of that with some CAP Sweet Straw. But after messing with the recipe for some time, I settled on just using CAP’s at 6%, which nails that linear, almost candied, yet bright, strawberry note that’s in the original. It also might seem a bit high, but this is a flavoring that’s known to mellow after a steep, so I wanted to counter that a bit by using it a bit higher. It’s still great on a shake, but better after a few days of course.
FW Yogurt: This was that “epiphany” ingredient. After using it in this recipe, and in conjunction with TFA Cheesecake with Graham, I found out it’s the perfect note to add that milkshake body, flavor, and texture. It doesn’t add any sour notes, or cheesy notes. Just straight up delicious thick milkshake body, with the texture to boot, and it holds on the strawberry quite well.
TFA Cheesecake (Graham Crust): This ingredient adds that malt note that you get from Boosted. Without it, the recipe is incomplete. This is what is needed to bring most of the nuance to the mix, and is also helped tremendously by the FW Yogurt. I’m using it at 3%, which is just enough to add those nuances, and not distract from the strawberry.
TFA Marshmallow / Vanilla Swirl: Finally, I noticed that Boosted had this interesting vanilla frosting note to the recipe. It’s what really adds to the top of the flavor, making it so easy to vape. It also showcases a vibrant vanilla, which just pulls everything together. I then settled on TFA Marshmallow, which adds that vanilla icing top texture, and the TFA Vanilla Swirl adds the flavor to it. Together, they create the perfect light vanilla frosting. Almost like a fondant.
CAP Super Sweet: If you want your recipe to be as true to the original as possible, you will need to add some CAP Super Sweet. There’s no way around it. I’m using it at 0.5%, as I do normally. But if you find it’s not sweet enough for you, feel free to pump it up even more. I find the original to be too sweet, so I toned it down a notch.
